HRAC will thoroughly discuss your present position within your initial contact and look to establish a clear picture of your circumstances. We then make a thorough assessment of what is required and help you to find the most suitable way forward and provide any available assistance, designed to help reduce the effects of your situation, or even to resolve your present situation altogether.
Naturally, we encounter any number of Homeowners who might benefit from more general Debt Advice/Counseling and/or Debt Management. When this happens, we refer/guide the Homeowner to an appropriate alternative Charity, as we do not undertake this work. This leaves us free to concentrate on our core objective, namely, the Prevention of the loss of Homeownership.
Helping Homeowners prevent the loss of their home is very complex in itself; as a result, we will not offer you mortgage advice as to whether you need to change mortgage or your ability to obtain another mortgage.
